When interference is removed and rhythm is restored, the body often does what it was designed to do. Healing becomes less about force and more about faith, consistency, and stewardship.

Hi there

Founder of the Gutsy Method

Hi, I’m Erika.

I’m the founder of the Gutsy Method, a rhythm based approach to gut health that honours the body as it was designed: nourished, rested, and aligned.

My work was born from personal disruption, not perfection. Years of digestive illness, disordered eating, exhaustion, and living out of rhythm taught me that health isn’t something we force, it’s something we return to. When the gut is supported, when light and rest are respected, and when nourishment replaces restriction, the body often responds with clarity, energy, and healing.

I believe the body is a temple and the gut is a garden. What we remove matters just as much as what we add and consistency, not control, is what creates lasting change.

Today, I guide women who are tired of chasing fixes and ready to restore rhythm  physically, mentally, and spiritually, so health becomes sustainable and life giving again.

GO GUTSY is a three day return to rhythm designed to help your body settle, your digestion calm, and your nervous system exhale. This experience is not about restriction or fixing ,it’s about removing interference and creating space for your body to respond again.

In just a few days, many women notice reduced bloating, clearer thinking, better sleep, and a renewed sense of connection with their bodies. You’ll be guided through simple nourishment, daily rhythms, and foundational practices that prepare your gut and your heart for deeper work.

DO GUTSY

GUTSY 14 (Two-Week Alignment)

​This is where rhythm becomes practice.
DO GUTSY (GUTSY 14) is a two-week immersion into the Gutsy Method where nourishment, light, sleep, movement, and timing begin working together instead of competing against each other.

Over fourteen days, you’ll learn how to live the method, not just follow it. Through guided education, menus, reflection, and daily rhythms, your body begins to recalibrate. Sugar cravings soften. Energy stabilizes. Hunger cues become clearer. Your gut lining is supported, and your relationship with food becomes calmer and more intuitive.
This isn’t about willpower, it’s about alignment.

(6–8 Week Journey)
This is deep work and it’s personal.
BE GUTSY is a one-on-one mentoring experience for women who are ready to restore health at the root level. Together, we look at your unique story your symptoms, rhythms, stressors, history, and season of life and apply the Gutsy Method in a way that honours the whole person.

This is where patterns are uncovered, systems are rebuilt, and sustainable rhythms are established. Support is ongoing, guidance is individualized, and the work is done with intention and care.
